Items are available on a first come, first serve basis. Items may be substituted due to limited quantities.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges.  Orders cancelled within 48 hours of bid day are eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued after that time, no exceptions.

If a bid is not accepted, we will issue a gift card. Unless we are notified by you, we have no way to know if a bid is not accepted, in this case we will deliver the gift to the sorority house. It is your responsibility to return the unopened basket within 72 hours for a store credit.  No refunds will be issued.

 Gift items are in limited stock and custom made, therefore exchanges will not be allowed. Please be sure to order the correct size.
